Each line of dialogue is the definition of a word. The blue ones are mathematical terms. The response word is somehow related to the mathematical term, but there is some confusion going on.

Each dialogue will give you a pair of anagrams.

The diagrams represent the permutations associated to the anagrams. They are not in the same order as the dialogues. Extract the letters corresponding to the orange dots to form the orange word in the conclusion.
