This is an experimental math-themed puzzle game that I have created very recently. This is about communication with constraints.
If this is fun and interesting, the game could be expanded / improved in the future. So I am especially interested in your feedback.
Please read the instructions carefully before starting the game.
- This game is to be played online, on Zoom for example. All players need to have a functional microphone and webcam.
- You need to be at least 2 people (on different devices) to play this game, and at most 6. (2 or 4 is ideal)
- Make two subgroups of about equal size: A and B.
- Groups A and B will have access to two different Google Forms (links at the bottom of this page).
- During the whole game, it is forbidden for both groups to share their screen and to use the Zoom chat (or any other type of written communication). A and B will communicate via voice and video only.
- During the course of the game, A and B will be presented with different pieces of information. They will have to communicate to solve a puzzle. The puzzle may be the same for both groups, or different. The solution may be the same, or different.
- On each page of the Google Form, the players will have to type the solution to the current puzzle. A solution can be a number (to be written in digits), a word (to be written all lowercase), or a phrase (to be written all lowercase and without spaces).
- Normally there should be no need to look up things to solve those puzzles, as they use common knowledge (for mathematicians).
Do not open link A if you are in team B, and vice versa! (otherwise it defeats the purpose)
